The Anna Löbner Glasgow/Düsseldorf Exchange

Anna Löbner was an artist tenant at our Hanson Street Studios who sadly passed away last year. She was instrumental in setting up this inspiring exchange in her home town in 2003 and it has gone from strength to strength.

Last year the residency was awarded to Tian Miller who said “I’ve had such a fantastic time in Düsseldorf. I’m so pleased to have been offered this opportunity and couldn’t recommend it strongly enough. Everyone involved in the program have been of great support and I think Düsseldorf has a lot to offer artists.”

This year the residency has been awarded to Glasgow based artist Ciara Philips and sculptor Sebastian Wickeroth will be living and working in our Hanson Street building over the months of August and September.
