We’ve just announced news in the media about South Block, the latest addition to our studio network.

South Block is a stunning new 50,000 sq ft. studio complex in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City. Designed by award winning architects NORD, South Block will offer:

· 96 Workspaces in total ranging from 200 sq ft to 2000 sq ft in size

· 25 Offices for creative companies

· 7 offices for social enterprises working in the cultural sector

· 64 studios for visual artists and makers

· Shared office space for freelancers

Despite the difficulties facing the commercial property sector, we have already signed up tenants for around 70 of the available 96 workspaces.

South Block is a new venture for us, mixing commercial and subsidised studio space to support Glasgow's creative community. All surpluses earned will be reinvested back into our charitable work.
