Studio Spaces

In total, Wasps currently has over 180,000 square feet of lettable studio space, and can provide a small studio of 100 square feet or an open-plan space of 1,000 square feet.

Most individual studios are around 200 to 250 square feet and are let on a monthly basis - with 24-hour access. If you area Wasps tenant and you wish to give up your space, you must give us one full months notice and to the end of a calendar month.

Please note: If you wish to terminate your lease, you must let us know by the 1st of that month, otherwise your lease is not eligible to be terminated until the end of the following month.

Rent is payable monthly in advance by direct debit and includes rates, buildings insurance, public liability insurance, heat and light and maintenance costs. A refundable deposit of one month's rent is due prior to taking on a studio.

For larger areas, longer lease periods can be arranged, and rent can be charged either inclusive or exclusive of service costs. All studios are supplied with power points, and have access to a water supply and other common facilities. Specialised requirements - such as 3-phase power - can often be accommodated.
