Facilities for Visiting Artists
Wasps provides studio and living space for visiting artists at both The Booth in Shetland and at Hanson Street in Glasgow.
Residential Accommodation
Within the Hanson Street studio building there are two 3-bedroom flats. One flat is let on a permanent basis to Glasgow based artists and the second flat is let on a short-term basis - maximum 6 months - to visiting artists.
Visiting Artists' Accomodation
The visiting artists' flat has three bedrooms each with a double bed and clothes storage space. All bedding is provided. A welcome pack of essential foodstuffs can be provided for arrival on request. The residential accommodation costs £250.00 per room per month, inclusive of local taxes and all bills. The apartment comes with the following facilities:

- Bathroom (with accessible shower)
- Washing machine, television and video recorder
- wireless broadband access
- Pay telephone

The studios are about a 20 minute walk to the east of the city centre. You can also catch a 38, 42, or 138 bus from outside Queen Street Station to Alexandra Parade.
