Meeting Room Hire
Meeting Rooms are available for hire at The Briggait, and South Block in Glasgow.
We have two meeting rooms available for external hire at The Briggait. These are adjacent to the beautiful 1873 Courtyard and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
Both rooms have a board table and chairs, Wifi access, a flip chart, and tea and coffee making facilities.
The cost is £50 for a half day (9.30am – 1pm / 1.30pm – 5pm) or £75 for a full day’s hire. Please note: we are currently unavailable to take bookings for meeting spaces at weekends.
To check availability or make a booking, please email email@example.com or call 0141 553 5890.
For external hire, we have a large ground floor space which can comfortably fit up to 20 people. If the large boardroom table is moved from the centre of the room, for example for a presentation, then the capacity goes up to 30 people. The facilities include a large boardroom table and chairs, flip chart and projector with large projector screen; all of the facilities are included in the price of hiring the space.
The meeting space is conveniently located next to All That is Coffee meaning that if you require any refreshments throughout the day these can be organised beforehand with the coffee shop. There are various options including full buffets to just teas and coffees. If you wanted to have your event catered then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
The ground floor meeting room can be hired out for £20 p/h, £50 for half a day or £75 for the full day. These prices may vary as we offer a discount for charities and some arts organisations. To check availability or make a booking, please email email@example.com or call 0141 271 4700. We are currently unable to take bookings for meeting spaces at weekends.
Please note: this meeting space is not fully accessible. If you do require an accessible space, then our meeting room space on the first floor may be more suitable. Reception staff can advise. We are currently working to improve this situation.
