CASE STUDY: Waste Management – Procurement
After integrating circular procurement questions into our tender procurement process, we chose a new waste management supplier to service the entire Wasps estate.
Suppliers were scored against our newly implemented circular procurement criteria as part of the tendering process. We are working with them to better track and reduce the impact of our waste streams.
Through this new contract we will achieve a zero waste to landfill rate from out lead contractor-served sites. We aim to achieve a zero waste to landfill for all Wasps buildings by 2032.
