about the role

We are looking for an experienced project management professional with an understanding of Scotland’s cultural sector for this rare vacancy in our team.

Reporting to both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Projects plays an important role within Wasps’ Senior Management Team. The primary purpose of the role is to lead our in-house project management service, delivering strategic change and growth, supported by a Project Manager which the role line manages.

Potential projects could include the development of new studio accommodation and events spaces, delivery of a programme of Net Zero improvements, reviewing our existing estate for efficiency and resilience, and more. All of these activities are key to supporting Wasps’ creative community across Scotland for the longer term.
