At Journeys In Between I string stories out of fragments, in material form. With an environmental ethic at their heart, my jewellery pieces emerge from journeys deep and wide and speak to our human and planetary condition. My aesthetic is influenced by a Kenyan childhood, a formative part of my adult life spent living in Iceland, and a deep reverence for the natural world. The materials I use are mostly recycled or natural, woven through with the raw beauty of nature.

This practice is the 'in between' of my writing practice - working with my hands is a part of my thinking. For my writing head this way >> https://sarahthomas.net
