I created this fused glass bird sculpture using a gentle palette of soft, calming colours that I love working with. Her underbody and chest is made from translucent lilac glass, which catches the light beautifully and gives off a subtle glow. I gave her a very light pink head for a soft, delicate touch, and paired it with an opaque white tail to add some contrast and structure. Her light blue wing brings a cool, peaceful tone that completes her look perfectly.

Each piece is hand-cut and kiln-fused in my studio with care and intention. She’s a lovely little sculpture full of charm and character—perfect for brightening up a space or gifting to someone who appreciates unique, handmade art.
