Granton Station is a £4.75m project led by City of Edinburgh Council to restore and adapt the B-listed former Granton Gas Works Railway Station, a landmark building that sits at the gateway to the Granton Waterfront Regeneration area.

Disused as a station since 1942, the new facility will deliver a 600m2 creative hub offering affordable, high quality work spaces, co-working desk spaces, a gallery/workshop space and meeting room provision, set in a newly landscaped public realm and outdoor events space.

The Briggait is home to a wonderful community of creative businesses, charities and artists. Our available offices are located around the balcony of The Briggait’s beautiful courtyard hall. Tenants benefit from 24 hour access, flexible lease terms and competitive IT connectivity options.

The building also provides:

– City centre location with excellent cycle storage facilities and showers

– Two street level gallery spaces

– Stunning Grade A listed courtyard hall open to the public hosting a variety of exhibitions and events

– Communal kitchen and tea-prep facilities

– Two accessible meeting rooms and facilities for hire

One office space remains to let at Perth Creative Exchange which opened at the beginning of 2020 and a strong community of artists, cultural organisations and creative businesses have been growing steadily ever since.

The building benefits from city centre location, beautiful reception space, meeting rooms, tea-prep and social spaces and gallery space.

Flexible lease options and competitive connectivity options available for tenants as well as 24 hour access and city centre location.

A number of creative offices are available to rent at Inverness Creative Academy – a newly developed creative hub in the heart of Inverness. The spaces are available to cultural charities and enterprises and well as creative commercial businesses.
