Perth Creative Exchange is Wasps’ twentieth building, and the first studio building in this region.
The former primary school building now provides twenty-six artist studio spaces, thirteen creative office spaces, the Ideas Centre, the Forteviot Workshop Space and the Gannochy Project Space for exhibitions and events. As of June 2025, with support from UNESCO City of Craft and Folk, Perth Creative Exchange now has a ceramics and glass firing room and a photography darkroom available for the artist community of Perth to use.

With support from UNESCO City of Craft and Folk, Perth Creative Exchange now has a photography darkroom for the local community to use.
The cost for an individual to use the darkroom is based on what materials need replenished. Workshops cost £40 per 4 hours (for a maximum of 4 participants) before accounting for material replenishment.

With support from UNESCO City of Craft and Folk, Perth Creative Exchange now has a ceramics kiln and glass kiln for regional artists to book.
The kiln room can be booked by individuals for £10 per day (9am-5pm) or for running workshops at £40 per 4 hours (for a maximum of 4 participants).
