Perth Creative Exchange is Wasps’ twentieth building, and the first studio building in this region.
The former primary school building now provides twenty-six artist studio spaces, thirteen creative office spaces, the Famous Grouse Ideas Centre and the Gannochy Project Space for exhibitions and events.

Studio 120 is a first level self-contained studio located at the rear of the building. The studio has limited natural light.
