The Steeple is an award-winning arts facility in Newburgh, a picturesque town on the south bank of the River Tay in north east Fife.
Wasps renovated the former Town Hall, Town House and Corn Exchange in 2008 to provide eight studio spaces and a project/events space for the local community.
Studio 007 - 228 Sq. Ft. (approx.)
Available with immediate effect on a month to month rolling contract.
Studio 007 is a first floor space with indirect natural light. The studio has a semi open-plan feel with communal water nearby the space.
The Steeple is home to a small community of local artists and makers who benefit from:
– An all-inclusive rent which covers utilities and WiFi.
– Studio security – all Wasps buildings are either owned or on long term rentals
– 24/7 access all year round
– Being part of our community of almost 1,000 artists and creatives in our 20 buildings across Scotland
– Ability to join the Own Art scheme – Own Art allows for clients to spread the cost of an artwork priced from £100 to £25,000 over 10 months with no interest. Using Own Art can help you close that extra sale – turning a £500 artwork into a more affordable proposition of £50 per month, for example
– Promotion on the Wasps website (receiving tens of thousands of visitors per month) with an artist profile and shop
– Exhibiting and selling opportunities through our Arts & Enterprise programme including:
Exhibitions across the network – over 50% of artists exhibited in our gallery programmes are tenants
