Open Studios at The Courtyard, Irvine

The artists and makers of The Courtyard in Irvine are preparing to host an open studios event on the first weekend of August, where visitors can pop into their private creative spaces for a rare look into their working environments.

The Courtyard at 128 Harbour Street in Irvine was converted into studios in 1994, and today supports just under 20 local artists working across painting, photography, mixed media, ceramics, jewellery and textiles.

Do something a bit different this weekend and stop by to meet and chat with locally based artists, discover how their work is made, or maybe even bag a work of art for your own collection.
