Christine is a painter and print-maker who studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee and graduated with BA Hons and Masters in Fine art. She has exhibited in Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, and London and internationally in Brazil, Lithuania and Sweden. She currently works part time as an artist in the Neuro/Stroke Rehabilitation Ward, Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee; facilitating creative process for patient rehabilitation.
Christine’s current work concerns juxtapositions of visual elements through combining monochrome and muted colour, to produce individual series of paintings and prints. These can subtly influence a space they inhabit through imbuing stillness, sensual lightness and shadow.
