Jacqueline Briggs
Growing up in the Highlands of Scotland for her 25 years, being half Papua New Guinean and half Scottish Jacqueline strives to use art as a means to discover more about both sides of her heritage and the different traditions and landscapes associated with each.
She enjoys exploring other cultures and finds inspiration in the direct link between people and the land they live on. Some of the focus of her work aims to challenge preconceived ideas of beauty and attempt to celebrate the often overlooked.
