Start with Something: Contemporary Abstraction, is a group exhibition bringing together a diverse array of contemporary artists, each delving into facets of abstraction in printmaking.
This exhibition also marks the launch of Fizz, the first publication made between the studio and The Briggait-based artist Lynsey MacKenzie.
This newly published work reflects MacKenzie’s ongoing inquiry into memory, time, and place through an intuitive process of mark-making, layering, and erasure. As with her painting practice, the creation of this edition was a journey of experimentation and discovery.
