The title of this show takes inspiration from the Greek penta meaning ‘five’, and -logia meaning ‘discourse’.
Using painting, printmaking, drawing, ceramics and sculpture, a collection of five eclectic and spirited women will inhabit the entire Patriothall gallery space using unusual explorations if materials and narratives. They present a meandering journey through transparency and solidity with light, time, material and colour.
Works by Paola McClure, Gillian Murray, Leena Nammari, Louise Ritchie and Jill Skulina.
A conversation with the artists will take place on Thursday 11 August, 6:30pm-8:30pm.
